Water Tank parts!
The thermostat is expensive and can be stubborn if you have to reset or replace, other parts not to bad to do yourself but can be a little bit time consuming. All in all if you take proper care of the tank it run good!

PowerVent GE heater issues
Got the GE PowerVent natural gas water heater in 2009, and have had two issues thus far. First the ignitor failed, it took 5 calls to GE and several calls to Rheme to get the part. Part shipped was wrong, then a technician was sent over to fix the issue.The second time, the gas regulator failed, three calls to GE thus far, waiting for the part.
This has been the worst GE purchase ever.
