dishwasher problems

After 24 months the touch pad stopped working, lucky I had extended warranty.Now its gone again after 36months. I can buy this part off the internet but to install it I need to program it, when it first went the technician fixed it but wouldn't allow me to copy his manual for the reset procedure.So now I am stuck with a machine that I cannot program and works every time to 89 mins and the top washer will not rotate.
A very expensive piece of junk
