Bad oven and poor customer support

We had to have this oven repaired 2 months after installation. The oven will not hold a stable temperature. We recently had the repair man out again. The oven, when set at 350, varies from 300 to 416. Nothing cooks properly due to the extreme temp swings. The repair man was out 6 times before GE finally said it is not repairable. GE's solution, buy another one. They offered a discount but why should I have to pay twice for an oven that doesn't work. GE has been totally unwilling to work with us on a solution and we are stuck with an oven that doesn't work.
