Out of storage and needs parts

I bought the unit years ago. It cooled a 3 bedroom appt great for 1 full hot Arkansas summer. I put it in storage and haven't needed until now...
The plug is gone. It's always been wired directly to a breaker box. We powered it up & compressor kicks in with fan on hi. Thing is, I have lights at all on control panel & no response when I push the controls.

P.s.
I need a new front also. Dang critters
