Discharge hose dislodges easily

I have had this machine for 5 years now with no real operational problems. The discharge hose can dislodge easily and since it is on the bottom of the machine, quickly floods your floor. I would like to reverse the drain hose so my dryer (on the right of the machine as is the normal setup for laundry) sometimes hits the drain hose causing it to dislodge. It appears it can be rerouted to the other side however I have been unable to find any instructions on how to do this. Otherwise it has been an excellent machine! P.S. I have been selling appliances for over 10 years.
