worked great for 5 year now not fancy but coffee is good and simple to use.

coffee leaked all over counter. This is by far the worst purchase of an coffee maker i have ever purchased. My Husband got so frustrated he threw it out into the Yard. Your product has become so poor I would never purchase a Hamilton Beach product ever again.
