Problems with internal battery and screen

My hp laptop when I turn it on I get a message that there is a problem in the CMOS and I press the F1 key to enter the operating system, and on the other hand sometimes the screen locks up and move me sideways screen and then if I can see generally.

With this manual I can take it apart and check what is the reference of the battery to change and also as screen disarmed
