Pretty good laptop to have
My HP Dv4 is approximately 2 years old and designed for convenient use. The mousepad is easy to the touch, not like some that have to be pressed hard. Plenty of memory, good Wi-fi, and nice colors on the screen. I have not had a problem with my laptop... until now. It has started overheating and after researching on "How to clean the fan" for my model, I found out this is no easy task and will likely need to be done by a repair person. The whole unit pretty much has to be dismantled down completely, most laptops are not hard to access the fan but this one is an exception.Overall, it is a nice laptop but need to make the fan easier to access for cleaning
