Good for Business Use
I have Purchased This Multifunction Printer few months back, it has Very good packing, and look like solid one.But printer cost is high as compared to other brand multifunction printerthe main reason for me to get this printer is 12 A cartridge. it will give more copies as output. after buying this i have understand that scanning software of this HP Product is faulty.
i have to change settings every time i want to scan a text document if not it will give orange color on the scanned document. unlike other scanners its scanning glass his some what shaded one. so it may be the cause of color shading, every time we need to increase the brightness/ contrast to get good scanned document.
Processor speed and memory of this printer is less as compared to other brand latest all in one printers.
HP is giving Read iris pro CD along with Installation software that would helps alot in converting acrobat/ Pictures to word documents.
it print speed is pretty slow u have to wait for ages for printing 100 pages with this 14 ppm printer(much lesser among these printers.
it is good to buy if the priting speed and scanning features are upgraded, but yet it gives quality printing and high no of prints with toner. HP has to improve another thing in this printer that it make more sound(impact sound) when it is taking new paper for printing.
i would like to say this printer is just satisfactory with 12 A cartridge, for scanning it is not recommended and its not for bulk printing. it is not up to the standards of HP. high costly less helpful i think.
so all of u think before purchasing.
