Fix HP Scanjet 8200c sheet feeder noise and feeding problem

the noise caused by broken solder joint on feeder pcb driver circuit. Open the pcb cover and discover two driver chips A3977SED, and find 3 zero ohm resistors around these chips, these resistor is connect to the feeders' motor. I found one the resistor have broken solder joint, carefully re-solder the joint will fix the problem. You may need a high power magnifying glass to exam these joints.
