Decent heater

This heater is nice in that the top portion does swivel to direct heat over a wider range. I will say I wish the bottom portion heated as well as the top portion, as mine doesn't throw very much heat on the bottom. I also wish the heater was a little more effective at heating a room, but overall a decent heater for the price.
