Honeywell 5800Micra Reviews

Worked great for 6 Months-Then 2 of 2 failures.

Customer and Installer were pleased with performance and discrete design in New Vinyl Windows. Worked for 6 months with Vista 15P panel. Then BOTH units failed. batteries repalced-but No GO. System reports check 21/22--adjacent windows.
Would LIKE to use these again--but concerned now. Any advice appreciated.
