The day I bought it always have problem with my internet connectivity

When I ask for customer service help they replied very late. Got problem with my router it was not connecting to internet porperly. Device changed twice and repaired later on but no good result. The star rating I have given i can't say how I am giving them 2 star. There must be negative stars to give but here i can't find that.
