Jabra BT5010 Stupid design error and then screw the customers!
I like my Jabra BT5010, but I can't use it anymore. They made a blindingly STUPID mistake in the ear hook design. They break for no known reason. Just really stupid engineering. And now they no longer sell replacements. I have had it for a year, and it's useless junk. And to stop supplying the replacements just shows an absolute disregard for their customers. I will NEVER buy another Jabra product.I rated it a 1 for everything, because if it's broken after one year... 0 for customer service.
