Un-level oven

This is a great stove with one huge exception. When the racks are in the oven are not level front to back so pans may slide off the back of the rack and cakes will be uneven when baked in it. They have sent us 3 replacement stoves & all 3 have the same issue. If you are considering buying one check that the racks are level (put a level on a cookie sheet before buying.
