Poor quality

I have always been a loyal customer of kitchenaid products based on there quality and durability. This dishwasher missed the mark. despite repeated efforts to change detergent, use additives, clean drains and spayers, it just doesn't get my dishes or glasses clean. I usually have to rewash some items by hand. In addition, the bottom drawer always falls off the track when i try to open it. i hope that this is just a fluke and not that the company has slipped on quality. Don't be fooled by the expensive look of the dishwasher, beauty is only skin deep in this case!
