broken rack adjuster pin and wheels for top rack KUDs30fxss

I have this same problem, with both rack assembly wheels falling off with the plastic pins broken. I found the replacement parts on amazon for about $15, but having a tough time figuring out how to remove it without breaking other pieces off. Definately seems like a design flaw or cheap materials.

Do not purchase! I am disappointed that I spent as much on this as I did

I replaced a 15 year old Whirlpool dishwasher with this one. About 13 months after purchase, the control panel went out and Kitchenaid honored the warranty, but it took Kitchenaid and the repairman 4 trips to properly repair it, for 4 weeks over Christmas holidays!!!! At the beginning of the second year, the left side of the top rack (the plastic part that holds the rack on the track) broke. Now, the right side track has broken. Having spent over $600 on this washer, I am thoroughly disappointed in it and would not recommend that you purchase it. Kitchenaid seriously needs to consider a more robust rack roller assembly because what is on there now is flimsy, cheap plastic. I am going on every website I can find that sells this model and entering a review so people will buy something else
