Lousy product

Purchased 12/11. Three fuse/electrical failures over 10 mos. requiring service. Overly sensitive control panel requires locking whenever not in use. Incredibly badly designed utensil holders - had to remove top separators. Extremely poor value for the price. KitchenAid should be ashamed of such poor quality.

Not Happy

Didn't hesitate to buy KitchenAide as I have used the brand for forty years but this time I wish I had shopped around. I have washed five loads and have had to hand wash some dishes after every load. The dishes don't dry even though I use rinse agent and select heat dry. But I wouldn't mind the problem with drying if the dishes would only come out clean.
