This printer is not worth the money!
I bought this printer from wal-mart, where I work. Installed easily. Never had any probelems with power loss. Sometimes when the ink needed to be replaced the computer would not recognize the printer. That was easily solved with reloading of the software once printer cartridges were replaced. Then comes the paper jam error. No paper jammed in the top lifting access door part, cartridges move freely, no paper jammmed in the rear access door. Cleaned out all dust with compressed air. Cleaned out all ink spille inside the printer. No relolution! Have only had the printer a short period of months and most of that time the printer has been unuseable because of this error. Have researched online, no help there unless you want to pay an expert. Kodak is absolutely no help at all. All in all my experience with this printer has been very bad!

So glad they are going bankrupt.
This printer was a ripoff. Kodak promised I'd save money on ink, but it goes thru ink quickly. IT decides when you need to change the cartridge.. Now, I put brand new color cartridges in it and it says they are empty. It won't print black and white if the color cartridge is empty. The printer is effectively dead because of internal software refusing to even try to print.. If this is how they treat their customers, they don't deserve to be in business.

I am very disappointed with the Kodak ESP 5250 printer which ends up being a very costly printer!!! I have set my preferences to printing only in black and white but it still apparently uses up color ink causing me to spend a lot of money on ink. I now have to go out and buy color ink to print out a black and white document!!

I bought a Kodak ESP5250 18 months ago. Recently it refused to print, copy or scan but displayed a red error warning of a paper jam - of course, there was no jam! Despite following all suggestions from on-line support, it did not resolve itself. I then received an e-mail telling me Kodak would supply a reconditioned machine, without including shipping or the printhead and inks, for approximately half the price I paid for the machine only 18 months ago. I would not have another Kodak machine if paid to take it - they are slow, unreliable, and have very poor support systems. They are also very short lived.

Dear Sirs I pruchased the kodak ESP 5210 about a year ago following the big advetising cazmpaign you floated on tv regarding quality and low cost printing.
Well I must say that this machine is the biggest waste of money I have ever had.
When we print we get 2 or 3 copies out then I have to do a head clean to get a readable copy out again and so it goes on after every 2 or 3 copies. It is a total waste of space and money. It does not perform according to expwctations and the ink lasts hardly any time before having to repurchase.
I am not sure i regitered this product so expect you will do nothing but It was worth complaining about before i skip it. You should not be allowed to make such poor quality machinery I am totally disgusted with it and will not recomend it to anyone and if I see someone looking at one I will tell them of my experiance.

On All in one printer 5210 they do not support anything other that plain paper. Do not purchase printer

Poor: Uses up ink cartridges too fast, dries up when not used
No troubleshooting assist in manual, nothing but trouble,currently not printing,with two new crtridges-- even when maintenance and calibration and test done. Don't buy!!!

kodak esp 5200+2585 is the biggest pile of crap I have ever seen! Can't say used because it never prints!!
