Buyer beware it has a few disappointments

The overuse of lightweight plastics increases frequency of parts breaking including jammed trays. The control panel and network user interfaces are very unfriendly with several inconsistent use of keys, extra clicks, confusing labels and missing features. It's harder for users to open and retrieve jammed paper. The drivers have a GUI and installer that keeps radically changing design. The drivers cannot be relied upon with a network of users (MS Windows server & clients). Settings are lost, PC says driver needs to be reinstalled, forgets the number of trays installed, sometimes slow because of driver errors, sometimes fails to print. "Eco" toner saver printouts are unreadable and safely ignored. Overall execution is poor. Onsite service has been good. Software support is poor.
