First time customer- Last time customer
My first experience with LG ( laughs & giggles) a product from LG was this model flatscreen tv. It has constantly been a problem from not turning on to not being able to get any troublesshooting help directly from the manufacturer!When I first got the set it was fine but once I turned it off it just would not come on! Such a simple task for a tv that literally drove me crazy! Then on the rare occasion it did come it said "no signal" and froze up. The remote had new batteries so why doesnt it work? I will never purchase a Lg product....EVER!!! Life is Good but this tv is not!
