Ductless dryer very difficult to service

This Dryer is built nothing like others. Discontinued model. Some components require removing the sides. I have yet to figure out how to remove drum. No service manuals seem to be available. No schematics on line - even Sears! DLEC855W nay be similar. Unit takes 1:53 to dry a cotton load.
