Horrible, horrible, horrible.

LG needs to stick to electronics and get better customer service if they plan to stay in business. We bought this fridge based on the reviews- which were great, but most were reviewed after people owning it less than 6 months. At the beginning of our nightmare I quickly found out that the fridge may be rated well, but the LG customer service is not. I wish I could've at least had a chance to see how this fridge worked. It was set up in our home after a week of us living out of a cooler. We were told we could put food in it within 2 hours. Of course we went and stocked up on hundreds of dollars of groceries. 24 hours later, the fridge was WARM. We lost everything in our fridge. LG then said it would take 6 days to get a replacement, and that they could not refund for groceries due to it being against their "policies." I returned this fridge and bought an amazing Samsung fridge that was better for less $ (through a local seller). I am so angry with myself for not doing better research, as we're now stuck with a brand new LG washer and dryer as well- that will most likely tank and leave us without assistance.
