Dear Sir or Madam:
I bought a washing machine from your company about 1 month ago but whenever i turn it, it makes a bad noise. I am really worried about it because many people from your branch in Iran come to fix it but unfortunately they could not,also they took it to the repair shop for a week when they brought it back and i turn it on again the last troubles and noise were not fixed yet.I am really not proud of this cause i paid about 1000$ for that and it is really high for us ,so please guide me.
