terrible experience. there is no mannual.
it sucks this lacie HD. there is no service or easy to understand downloading page for manual.All you see busy pages filled up with adds to sell you more lacie. there is no after sale help or easy to access web page that you can understand. just self congratulating comments aboyt therir product. I thought if I regidter with them, that will make things easier, but no way jose. I only wish they did not boast so much for consumer to go onthe line and down load manual. it ain there. I am pisse off with them.
who cares about durability. I can not even get started by reading the dammn manual. I am just going to go ahead and do what I can. hell with it. I wish to unregister with them.
there is no after sale service. no reply to email or phone call. zeltch.
