K7T TURBO2: these days ?
These days with a bios update you can gain support for an Athlon XP 2400 & 2600 on the mobo. Great news if you happen to come across one of these for a project. What can I do with this you ask? Lets ponder that...what did you come up with? . A Win2k FTP machine would be great if you to have service pack available, how about a Win98se experimental or introductory machine?Parts could be hard to find, even a little spendy when you do. The project could be fun with intent of teaching grade school kids computer history, or simply word processor training. Otherwise leave it alone for Gaming; OK , let's break out the DOS games?
This board had it day now the best appreciation for it is JOBD ftp server for a home network. Good luck to you coming up with everything you'll need for any project. Once you've got it though the possibilities are endless...
