I have a Magellan roadmate 1220. The product will not load an address. all it does is give a message that you only part of. I have been trying to reach Magellan support for 3 days and I get all the independent support companies but not yours. This system was purchased by the US Government to assist in locating damaged properties. What do I need to do to get this Roadmate updated.
