DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODEL

Part number W10254847 which is the control panel for this dishwasher has broken for the third time in less than 3 years. First time part was still under warranty and the repairman told us this particular part was breaking often on this mode. The part costs $135 before taxes and shipping. Do not know why Maytag has not a recall. We have other Maytag appliances (washer, dryer and refrigerator)and are quite pleased with them.
