Will not dry clothes!

My dryer is 2 years old and for the past year, I have struggled with drying my clothes. Looking at other reviews, many others say they have the same problem. We have cleaned the vents and performed any possible maintenance as suggested but still have to dry clothes thru several cycles to get dried. Not happy with this dryer!
