Oreck XL 21

I've owned my Oreck XL 21 for 9 yrs. It's been a good vacuum cleaner and you can't beat the canister that comes with it. But now the belt slips off at times and the outer bag really smells bad. Also, it came with a free yearly tune up. We were very faithful about taking it in for that, but the last time we took it which was several yrs ago, the woman who helped us said she was tired of doing these free tune ups. She said she got nothing for them. Even though we spent over 100.00 with her for bags, new brush and deodorizer, she was very rude. My husband and I stopped going for our tune ups after that and will not purchase another Oreck after all. Good customer service means a lot to us. Thank you for your time, Cathy Ravenscroft
