Perfect for me!

I just got my proform 550r rower and it's the easiest thing to out together (All you had to do was put the seat on). I used my machine shortly after setting it up and I can say that the pull on the hardest setting would enough resistance for a great workout. The seat rolled easily on the rollers and I have plenty of room left behind me when I'm fully extended (I'm 5'10"). As for noise I thought the fan was minimal compared to other fan rowers. I would say the noise was loud enough to wake the average sleeper if in the same room but I doubt they would hear it in another room. I feel like this is a sturdy quality machine and I'd recommend this rower for anyone who's lookkng for a desent rower that won't break the bank. One more thing, this rower is easy to fold up and surprised how small the thing can get. This rower is perfect for me.
