Jam errors on Ricoh sp311

I am a very experienced printer engineer however I found this machine difficult to faultfind due to the fact it has no display. A sequence of flashing lights indicate the error with the machine but despite my experience I needed the manual to confirm what the lights and combination of lights meant; this is why I came to Help Owl. I think this machine is not really good for heavy duty printing and also when it jams there are guides at the back that are not well designed so there can be problems closing them when you are checking for a jame as I found !
