Won't run.

Barely a month old, only used it a few times, and it won't run. Battery says it's charged, as does the charger when the battery is in it. Won't buy another Ryobi product, as I haven't found any answers at their web site or in the manual and think it's a pretty poor product if it already needs to be sent to a service center.
