No Service, Support, or Compassion
My Son bought me this CE-250 as a gift and I was so excited to be able to embroidery on the quilts I sew. Since "DAY 1!" this machine has finished exactly 0 "ZERO" embroidery designs! I've taken it to Singer repair under warranty four times and it comes back with the hoop on and a simple Alpha - One color design inside the hoop. I can't believe that they actually got it to do that simple design because I tried the same design the day it came home and it still would 1. break the needle, 2. jam, 3.break thread, and/or 4. Error out!4 - Four times! You would think that in those four times, someone would get it fixed or get me a new one under the Lemon Law. But nope! Nada! Nothing!
I am so disgusted I can hardly look at this darned machine without crying. My son paid a lot of money for this machine that can only do basic sewing.
What a crying shame to care so little about their customers and their products. They're just interested in the "newest model" or the Newest victim they can weasel out of their hard earned money!
Never again will I buy a Singer Sewing Machine. Or Singer brand ANYTHING....
