Purchased / renewed Norton 360 Premier Edition for included online storage and backup. For some reason, half of my allotted storage space is being taken up by data which Symantec can not identify. Promised to have development team purge data more than a week ago but nothing has happened. They will not allow me to talk to development team and then after keeping me on hold for an additional 30 minutes to file a complaint with customer service, the tell me no forum to complain exist. They did however recommend that I back my data up to an external drive!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I AM TOO THROUGH WITH THESE PEOPLE!
