BAD product

We bought this oven new. It has been a HORRIBLE oven. From the beginning it burned the food in the back of the oven and left the front area undercooked. Within the first year the back right burner was no longer working. Then this month a huge flash similar to lightning came from the oven. It had blown a hole in its own heating element. I called White Westinghouse and they were not willing to stand behind their product. Simply unbelievable. I would never recommend purchasing from this company.
