Great utilitarian 8 channel preamp

Yamaha MLA7 8 ch preamp. I bought a used one for $80usd. It is a relatively clean preamp with well over 60db of gain. Each channel has individually switchable 48v phantom power. If you are looking for sexy, this ain't it. A red power LED comes on when the power button is selected on the front. There are 8 clip LEDs. That is IT. No fancy light show here. If you push this unit too far, you may distort, but that is only when maxxed way out. This is a very nice, rare, MIJ pre that is (luckily) overlooked.
