Would have given it a 0 if I could have!

I bought an Acer all in one less than a year ago and it just up and died on me. I called Acer and after an hour on the phone with some of the most stupid people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with, was told I need to send my computer, via courier, to Acer to be fixed and that shipping would be at my expense! I will NEVER purchase another Acer product as long as I live and I will encourage every person I come across to do the same. This company is one that I hope will be driven into the ground by other companies with moral decency and a sense of loyalty to their customers. After all, who keeps companies in business...its customers. BUYER BEWARE! STAY CLEAR OF ACER...they're a joke of a company!!!
