Disappointed user

Unfortunately, I must say, this is one of the worst experience of a printer that I have. First, the printer is too sensitive. Any paper size that is out of the standard, even by a fraction of a mm causes the paper to jam. The manual feed tray jams often. And worst of all, in the last week, even tray 2 is not picking up the paper correctly, causing my printouts to have a large margin on top, but being cut off at the bottom. I tried different things, including checking the settings for my documents, and also the settings on the printer, but nothing helps. But I discovered, this distorted printing is not consistent, because if I print it on the second page of my paper, it comes out okay. I am baffled, and I don't have energy to struggle with the printer anymore after. I supposed I am a very disappointed user of Brothers, and would consider never to buy their printers again.
