So many problems

The few retail stores I have worked at have utilized Brother printers and fax machines and they ALWAYS had problems. The paper would jam almost every day, faxes would not send for no apparent reason, and I constantly had to restart them to get them to work. Luckily they have pretty good customer service representatives that can fix the problem quickly, but I was constantly on the phone with them with an issue. I'm sure they were used because they were cheap, but they are not quality machines at all.
