Will not work wireless

I have been trying to get this to work wireless for 4 weeks. Will work for 2 to 3 minutes then nothing but a black screen. Works great when hardwired to the router but wirelessly does not. I have been troubleshooting this with Dlink tech support for the past 4 weeks and having to do the same thing time and time again, still no go. And the response I get is call back later. They don't know how to support the products they sell and will not honour the warranty. Their solution leave it hardwired. I purchased the device based on the advertised wireless capabilities and it fails, solution offered by Dlink tech support, hardwire it and they will not honour the warranty.
