Ok Unit, CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE! A MONTHS WORTH AND STILL GOING.

Hi i like some of the features, its only worth it like any dell if you get it second hand and dont have a warranty and dont have to deal with dell, every thing is a hassel for them including all the mistakes you have to chase them up for just to get your computer to work and get correct service tags, any it problem is a hassel, be warrned take down every persons name you talk to and the time of the call if you bought new like me. Im talking 2013 aswell!! I like the little turbo driver which shows you in a small box on the screen what your Ghz are.Very heavy, not very good conecting to the net a bad driver. My acer which is now over 5 years old is better on the net and didn't drop out and always connected.Never had a problem unlike Dell and its my first month or so.Also when you shut the lid the keys leave an indentation on the screen which I have no doubt will damage it down the track.
