can't format my device

plz ...help me i have tablet pc 5032d fujitsu....i am frm india i get this as a gift from usa by my ralatives before 2 month but now one file of window corrupt so error occrs like ntldr missing...and new xp can not also installed because it's not boot niether by pendrive nor external cd drive nor network boot ...what shoud i do?? even at service centre in india also can't solve my problem
