Terrible product. There are multiple errors in the installation instructions.
This is a terrible product. There are multiple errors in the installation instructions, the first of which required me to take the track apart twice. The second showed a part as existing that was labeled as a part to be used to attach the opener to the ceiling. So I went back to Lowes and the guy there told me that there was no such part in the box (even though the instructions say there is) and that I had to bend the metal pieces holding up my old opener to hold up this one. I did that.But I have now spent 7 hours on it and it still does not work. The safety sensors are not working and I have spent a long time trying to make them work. I cannot tell if the sensors are not aligned or if the wiring is done wrong. I have given up, and am hiring a handy man to make the thing work.
I am a very unhappy customer.
