DONT BUY THIS BIKE
Absolutely the worst customer relations experience I have ever had. Called about the console which did not work. I waited patiently for 15 mins on hold, and was greeted by a surly, curt rude woman named Brooke. No use to go into all the crappy details, but I ended the call by hanging up. She acted the whole time like I was intruding on her other activites ( a millenial working from home)SHODDY BIKE< WORSE SERVICE
I would rate it a ZERO
