Keyboard SUCKS

I want to make it clear that I know next to nothing about computers. I do not know about processing speeds or gaming or anything like that. I wanted this so that I could mainly do typing and social media. I liked that it came with a keypad. However, this keyboard is so God-awful that it skips sometimes multiple letters at a time. I have had it for about 2 weeks now and I am taking it back. I know I type fast, but dang. Oh, and you can't turn off the touch pad and every time I try and use it, it zooms in and out of the screen. And it clicks on stuff that I don't want. UGH HP, please fix your keyboard!
