One of the best tablets available but has hardware issues.

It's specs are identical to my $624 phone (Pantech Flex). The first day we brought it home we charged it over night before using it(followed instructions). First thing in the morning we turned it on, signed in and watched netflix until 7pm. Then the battery started going low 10%. So I plugged it in to its wall charger. The battery icon indicated it was charging. I checked on it, but battery was lower 3%. The indicator still saying charging. Let it charge overnight. Checked it in the morning and it was completely dead. Hit the power button and the word insignia comes up and then it goes black again. It's been three days and it has never turned back on since it's first use. The guy at geek squad told me these tablets have power issues. The see it all the time. I think this tablet could be the best tablet pc on the market. Something weird I noticed after the tablet was dead. That in the manual the tablets input power is 5V/2A, but the power out put for the charger was 5V/2.4A. My wife loved the tablet but now she is back to watching netflix on my phone. I'll contact customer service and see about troubleshooting the issues.
