frimware update problem

Dear Raymond:

Thank you for contacting Insignia Products about your NS-LBD32X-10A blu ray
player and TV combination. All of us here at Insignia, strive to provide the
best quality products and a great customer care experience, and we are very
sorry to hear you have encountered some trouble with the product.

Unfortunately as this product has been discontinued there won't be any new
firmware available for this model number. We will still provide phone support
for these products from a how to use/connect/need a new remote perspective,
however firmware will no longer be available through the website, or via mail
for these products.

Insignia is dedicated to meeting consumers needs and is always exploring new
ways to bring innovation, value and dependability to our products. In this
area, were particularly proud of our Blu-ray players and TV combos where over
time we have continued to add really exciting partner services that bring even
more entertainment content to our customers. Well continue to work hard to
offer additional services to our internet-connected products where possible,
but as these services advance and improve user experiences, often specific
system requirements or hardware elements change as well. So while we focus on
creating new connected products that take advantage of the latest technologies
and content offerings from our partners, were not always able to support
backward compatible updates to our older hardware models. Such is the case for
our older Blu-ray players and TV combos that will no longer be supported with
firmware updates. Of course, these products will continue to operate as they
do today and our customers can still take advantage of hardware support
through our in-store, online and over the phone Geek Squad agents.

I do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please also note that
you may receive an email with a link which will guide you to a quality survey,
in which you can evaluate the care and services that I have provided you,
leaving aside the unfortunate inconvenience you are going through. I
