tmobile mytouch q lg c800

i have seen several negative reviews of this product and i dont know why.i purchased one from ebay with a damaged screen and made the repairs myself and have been using this phone since with no problems whatsoever.there are 2 other brands of smart phones in my house and this one beats them both with speed, fuctions and overall performance.
