Plastic parts continually breaking

We have had this refrigerator for 3 years. The interior plastic parts are very weak. We have replaced three and now another one is broken. First experience we have had like this in 53 years.

LG refrigerator bottom freezer slide rail replacement missing part.

LG refrigerator LRFC25750TT bottom freezer left slide rail jambs, ordered replacement and got part 5218ja1010b, it is missing the plastic lever that allows the drawer to be removed. Each slide rail has one on the inner rail. Could not replace part due to this problem (would not be able to remove freezer drawer after installing the part that has three slide rail components.
